Refund And Exchange Policy

Exchange And Returns Are Free, And Easy With Us!

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags.

To start a return, email care@tarasartoria.com with your receipt or order number for eligibility verification. Once eligibility is verified, we'll provide our return address. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the item and verification that the item is unworn and unused, with tags.

We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on tarasartoria.com. 

Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will send you the return label and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We regret that custom-made items made to your specific measurements can not be returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges are easy. Just contact us at care@tarasartoria.com to start the process.

We will provide you with an address or a shipping label to send the item back.

Upon receipt and inspection to verify that the item is unworn and unused and with tags, we'll ship out the exchanged item to you.

Refunds

As soon as we receive the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that for return and exchange items we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or packages that are sent to the wrong address and not the one we provide to you. 

You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your refund will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note we do not refund expedited shipping charges because it has been used to ship the item to you. 

Orders Cancellation

At Tara Sartoria, we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Below is our policy for order cancellations:

Cancellation Before Processing:

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation. "Processing" includes picking and packing at our warehouse and preparing the package for shipment. If your order is still in this early stage, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Cancellation After Processing:

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our logistics partner, we are unable to cancel it. This is because there are multiple steps involved in getting your order to you in a timely manner:

The order is first picked from our inventory.
It is then packed carefully at our warehouse.
Next, the package is delivered to our freight forwarder (e.g., UPS).
Finally, the freight forwarder is responsible for delivering the package to your location.

Once the order enters this logistics process, it is difficult for us to intercept the package because it moves through several hands and systems designed to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we cannot cancel the order after it has been processed and dispatched. In this case, you will have the following options:

Refuse Delivery:

When the package arrives, you may refuse delivery. The package will be returned to us, and once we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund.

Return the Item:

If you accept delivery, you may return the item by sending it back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm they are in their original condition, we will process your refund.

Return Conditions:

The items must be in their original, unused condition and include all packaging and tags. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
